I use a blend of high quality drawing materials including charcoal, graphite, ink, and colored pencils (new!) on professional paper. For consistency and ease of production, I prefer to stick to these materials and currently am not offering paintings or artworks of any other media or style.

I am currently not taking any commissions of human portraits or other subject matter beyond animals. Thank you for understanding!

I work from a single source image of your pet and do my absolute best to replicate them as I see them. I do not work from images that are found online of animals that are not your own. I will work with you to ensure that I have the best photos of your pets to draw from!

Photos sent to me should be the exact angle that you want (for example, I cannot draw a front view of a pet if the image sent is from a side view). Photos should include the amount of body and face that you want drawn (I cannot draw the legs if they are covered by something in the photo).

Non-edited, original color photos are preferred. I will edit photo to the proper B&W values and contrast that I need to work from. If you only have black and white, that’s okay too! I will let you know if I can’t work with it.

Please understand that I may decline any projects for which I am unable to obtain an accurate and quality image of your pet to work from.
